Trial'n'Error
Overwatch beta

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trial and Error Studios LLC handles information for the Overwatch beta app. Last updated: May 7, 2026.

Summary

Overwatch is a private beta operator app for supervising AI agents and related workflow systems. The app is designed to connect to operator-controlled services and local infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.

Information You Provide

You may provide information when you contact us for support, send feedback, or participate in TestFlight testing. This can include your name, email address, device details included by TestFlight, screenshots, crash reports, and the contents of messages you send to us.

App and Workflow Data

Overwatch may display operational data from services you configure, including goals, tickets, agent state, approval requests, run status, budgets, and audit events. Depending on your setup, this data may be stored on your device, your host machine, or infrastructure you control.

We do not intentionally collect the contents of your private agent runs, project files, tickets, messages, or local workflow data unless you choose to send that information to us for support or feedback.

Diagnostics and TestFlight

Apple may provide TestFlight diagnostics, crash logs, and beta feedback to help us identify defects. This information is handled through Apple's TestFlight and App Store Connect systems.

How We Use Information

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, receive email, host the website, manage beta distribution, or diagnose issues. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data Retention

We keep support and feedback information only as long as needed to operate the beta, resolve issues, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. Data stored in your own configured infrastructure remains under your control.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for an early private beta. No system is perfectly secure, and you should avoid sending secrets, credentials, production customer data, or highly sensitive information through support channels unless we explicitly arrange a secure process.

Children

Overwatch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Overwatch changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
